Ms. Shahinaz Millar is president of Space Training Adventure & Research Inc. She has been involved in bringing together a variety of support groups for advance studies of current STEM programs. Ms. Millar is actively involved with local college humanitarian clubs to serve the community and abroad. As a strong minded woman in today’s business world, she recognizes the lack of women in STEM careers and is focused in driving more young women towards STEM careers. She strongly believes that in order to develop a strong economy today and in the future, we must begin with the development of our youth and quote: “They must be given the tools, encouragement and opportunity in order to succeed in a world that technology is ever changing”. Ms. Millar’s determination and leadership skills will drive Space Training Adventure & Research Inc. into the future and beyond.

Mr. Gary Duce has extensive experience and knowledge in business development and has served as project manager in several types of business models. Gary’s business experience worldwide has given us a global venue and he looks forward to exposing the STAR-STEM program internationally. Gary believes that understanding the business culture and traditions of another country is paramount in order to be successful globally. He also believes it is equally as important to develop a mutual trust in order to bring about a long lasting relationship.
Ms. Gina Duce
Historian/Public Relation Officer/A-Team
Currently an undergraduate, Ms. Gina Duce is finishing a Bachelor of Arts in Education Studies and will start her graduate program for Masters in Teaching in 2015.
Ms. Gina Duce is currently working on designing science projects that will support the curriculum of different age groups attending our STAR-STEM Education Mobile Space Camps. Gina believes that our current education system needs to be improved and one way to accomplish that is to develop new teaching techniques that are time sensitive to our latest technology. Ms. Duce believes and quote: “It’s not what you teach but how you teach that makes the difference in student retention and excitement”.
Ms. Gina Duce sees the future of our space programs aligning themselves with the interests of the global community resulting in new innovations.
Prof. Vladimir Golubev

Dr. Golubev is a tenured Professor at the Department of Aerospace Engineering of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (the AE program is ranked #1 in the country by US News & World Report. We are fortunate to have Dr. Golubev on our committee to help develop our STEM program with high fidelity simulators.
